Getting Started with Scheduling

Master the core concepts of the Jesers Platform and set up your first automated scheduling workflow in minutes.

1. Setting up your Service Providers

Everything starts with the people delivering the services. In Jesers, you can invite staff members as Service Providers. Each provider can have their own specific skills and expertise.

Tip: You don't need a huge team to start. You can be the first provider yourself to test the workflow!

2. Defining your Services

A Service defines what you offer, its duration, and its base price. You can create different categories to keep things organized.

  • Variants: Offer the same service with different durations or price points.
  • Buffering: Automatically add "clean-up" or "prep" time between appointments.

3. Configuring Location Availability

Tell Jesers where and when you are available. You can set up multiple locations (physical or virtual) and define complex weekly schedules or one-off availability rules.

4. Sharing your Booking Link

Once your configuration is complete, Jesers generates a professional, public-facing booking page for you. Share this link on your website, social media, or email signature.
